Valencia CF's Main Global Partner, TM REAL ESTATE GROUP, arrives in Valencia for the first time
The leading company in the Residential Tourism sector will develop a project on the beach at El Puig with 281 homes, bringing the Mediterranean experience of their developments even closer to the citizens of the Valencia region and our fans.
TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading holding company from Alicante in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector, specialising in the construction and development of homes on the Mediterranean and Caribbean coast, is making a move into Valencia for the first time.
The company, Valencia CF's Main Global Partner, will develop their next major project by El Puig beach, bringing the company even closer to the citizens of the Valencia region and making the 'Mediterranean experience' of their developments available to Valencia CF fans.
TM Real Estate Group have acquired a total of 18,000 m2 of land, which they plan to use for the construction of 281 homes. Some 245 will be flats and the remaining 36 will be designed as terraced houses located just 17 kilometres from the city of Valencia.
The new residential development will have direct access to the El Puig seafront promenade and excellent sea views, offering residents a communal area with sports facilities, swimming pools and large landscaped areas.
